Opened in early 2009 and located in Paseo de la Castellana, the financial center of Madrid.
The team Mad & Associates Architects designed a minimalist but cozy space, dominated by natural brown wood and simple linear forms. A sushi bar for the eleven diners dominates the dining room with capacity for sixty others.
Miyama Castellana born with the same philosophy of the first local: Contemporary Japanese cuisine, quality raw materials and pure and balanced flavors. The chef keeps Odaka Junji first Miyama signature dishes, offering a wider recipes, including traditional dishes and amazing sushi creations. The head waiter and sommelier is Hiroshi Kobayashi. His personal style room service aims to achieve efficiency, friendliness and harmony.
